My style was shaped by the discipline of the film era, by cinema and fashion image-making, and by a lifelong sensitivity to presence, gesture, and light.

One surprising thing about me is some of my most personal work came out of healing, including a sunrise series I created by going to the beach at daybreak during one of the hardest periods of my life.
